Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes. 

We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.

As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

Una meta per chi vuole degustare l’autenticità.

Al Bue Grasso non è solo un ristorante ma un percorso nel tempo, alle origini del gusto e della tradizione piemontese.

Destinazione ideale per chi ama la carne e le sue stagioni. Il bollito, tutto l’anno e tutti i giorni, ma anche le grigliate in primavera, il fritto misto e la bagna cauda per chi prenota. Spazio per le famiglie e i più piccoli: il terrazzo, con i suoi tavoli e il parco giochi. Così come l’ampio parcheggio risponde agli instancabili viaggiatori, per piacere e per lavoro, con aree dedicate a camion e pullman e la climatizzazione rende il Ristorante meta desiderata a ogni stagione.

Tradizione e tradizionale è la cucina, i piatti e l’accoglienza: buoni e con il sorriso.

Una storia di persone

La passione, come il talento, quello gastronomico, è una questione di famiglia. Era la fine del XIX secolo quando il bisnonno diede forma e gusto a Cantina Nuova, osteria di cui oggi ne siamo i legittimi eredi. Il dopoguerra, quello glorioso della rinascita, portò in tavola la cucina della nonna grazie al noto ristorante Corona Grossa.

Fu poi il padre Carlo, nel 2003, a definire un’insegna del panorama gastronomico carrucese: Al Bue Grasso. Ezio oggi ne è uno dei protagonisti, nipote, figlio e testimone del buono. Al suo fianco, da sempre, da vent’anni, J. Christian Muñoz Magaña: chef e interprete della Storia.
